Benefits

Falcon Performance Plan: Falcon also offers to eligible employees a yearly benefit to share in the economic success of the Company. To be eligible, employees must complete one (1) full year of employment with Falcon (as of December 31st of the applicable year) and not be receiving any other form of profit-based compensation.

Vacation: Falcon provides paid vacation; the number of days is specified in your offer letter and is accrued. Additional vacation time is increased by 1 day per year for each completed year of employment (calculated on January 1 of each calendar year) up to a maximum of 20 days of vacation per year.

401K Savings Plan: An IRS qualified savings plan for tax-deferred employee contributions. At this time, Falcon Consulting Group does not offer matching contributions at this time.

Group Health, Vision & Dental Insurance: Falcon shall contribute to your insurance premiums if you choose to participate. Dental insurance is provided through MetLife and Health and Vision is provided by United Healthcare. Coverage begins on your first day of employment with Falcon.

Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and AD&D: Company-paid short-term, long-term and AD&D coverage. Coverage begins on your first day of employment with Falcon.

Long Term Care Insurance: Company-paid long-term care insurance is provided at a base rate as set forth by Unum Provident Insurance. Any upgrade in coverage is the full monetary responsibility of the employee. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment on the 1st of the following month.

Life Insurance: Falcon provides life insurance coverage. The coverage amount is in the amount of the employee’s annual salary to a maximum of $150,000. Coverage begins on your first day of employment with Falcon.

125 Plan: Employees who participate in the Falcon Health Benefits also have the added benefit of paying their insurance premiums pre-tax.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Employees may also participate in a Flexible Spending Account. Open Enrollment will be January 1st of each year.

Sick Days: Falcon provides six (6) sick days per year. For new employees, sick days are prorated at a rate of 1½ days per quarter.

Personal Days: Falcon provides two (2) paid personal days per year. For new employees, personal days are prorated at a rate of ½ day per quarter.

Floating Holidays: Falcon provides two (2) paid floating holidays per year. For new employees, floating holidays are prorated at a rate of ½ day per quarter.

Company Holidays: Falcon provides yearly assigned company paid holidays.
