Q: Do your services extend to other countries?
A: Yes. We have provided auditing services for clients in (but not limited to) Australia, Japan, Poland and Russia. We currently have bi-lingual consultants employed by Falcon. They have language capabilities in Spanish, Russian, Greek, French and German languages.
Q: Does Falcon use sub-contractors when providing services to clients?
A: Falcon has salaried employees who provide our diverse consulting services to Clients. As a rule we do not use sub-contractors except in rare situations where large scope Client services in an expedited timeline are required. In those cases a Falcon Project Lead is assigned and activities are always performed with a Falcon representative in partnership with the sub-contracted resource. Sub-contracted resources are qualified based on knowledge, experience and Falcon observation prior to use of their services.
Q: Do you have supplemental resources to support clinical operations?
A: While we do have staff that has extensive experience as Clinical Research Associates and Project Managers we do not routinely offer CRA/Supplemental Monitoring Services. Our service for Clinical Trial Support includes, Study Start-Up, CRO Selection and Oversight Management, Study Monitor Training and Co-Monitoring.
