Cheryl J. Priest, R.N.

Managing Partner &
Executive Director, Good Clinical Practice Services

Ms. Priest is both a Managing Partner and leads the Good Clinical Practice Services Group of Falcon Consulting Group. Ms. Priest joined Falcon in 2003, bringing over thirty years of experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Device Development Industries.

Ms. Priest formerly served in positions as Vice President, Training and Global Quality Assurance for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Executive Vice-President of Global Clinical Quality Assurance and Vice President, Clinical Monitoring for Omnicare Clinical Research, a full service CRO. Ms. Priest was also Senior Manager, Safety Operations in Regulatory Affairs at Sterling Winthrop Pharmaceuticals Research Division. Ms. Priest’s other pharmaceutical industry experience includes positions as a regional CRA, Senior Clinical Research Manager; and was also a Research Nurse Coordinator at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. For many years Ms. Priest was involved in various roles and served on the Board of the Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute (PERI).

Ms. Priest trained as a nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and studied at Kutztown State College and Temple University. Ms. Priest currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Grand View Hospital in Pennsylvania, the Joint Conference/Patient Safety Committee, and is an active Member of the Institutional Review Board.

Ellen Liedel-Sargent, RN, BSN, MS

Director, Good Clinical Practice Services

Ms. Liedel-Sargent is Director, Good Clinical Practice Services for Falcon Consulting Group and oversees resources and staff administration of the group. Ms. Liedel-Sargent joined Falcon in 2004, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Device Development Industries.

Ms. Liedel-Sargent formerly served in positions as Senior Project Director of a CRO managing large global clinical trials; Manager of Clinical Training with experience in global training for clinical projects; and Senior Manager of Monitoring Services where a "Study Start-up" group was established. Prior to gathering industry experience Ms. Liedel-Sargent was Director of an SMO office in the Philadelphia area establishing an out-patient research office and two satellite offices. Ms. Liedel-Sargent also owned and operated a company providing study coordinator services for physicians. For many years Ms. Liedel-Sargent was a faculty member for the Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute (PERI) and Mercer County Community College.

Ms. Liedel-Sargent obtained her nurse's training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and a Masters in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Temple University.

Sonja G. VanWye, R.N., M.S.N.

Director, Good Clinical Practice Services

Ms. VanWye is Director, Good Clinical Practice Services for Falcon Consulting Group. Ms. VanWye joined Falcon in 2005, bringing over twenty-five years of experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Device Development Industries.

Ms. VanWye formerly served in positions as Site Director Quality Assurance for sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ms. VanWye oversaw global operations for Good Clinical Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, and Computer Validation. In addition, was Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations for DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Ms. VanWye's other pharmaceutical industry experience includes positions as a regional CRA, in-house CRA project manager, and safety officer.

Ms. VanWye obtained her nurse's training at the Nursing School of Wilmington. Ms. VanWye also received a Bachelor and Master degrees in Nursing from Wilmington College. Ms. VanWye is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington College Nursing program teaching Nursing Research to baccalaureate nursing students.

Sean Storms

Managing Partner & Executive Director
Technical Quality Assurance

Mr. Storms has led the Technical Quality Assurance practice at Falcon since its inception in 2000. Mr. Storms is an accomplished Senior Consultant with over 15 years of Computer Experience. Mr. Storms has extensive hands on technical and analytical work in various roles across numerous industries. Mr. Storms has served as project manager, system architect, and business analyst. Applications include document management, transportation, scheduling logistics, international pharmaceutical, manufacturing, inventory control, publishing, sales, and government applications.

Mr. Storms is an industry leader in selection, strategic direction and configuration of electronic document management systems. In this capacity, Mr. Storms has worked with eight of the top ten big Pharmaceutical Companies, as well as many second and third tier pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Storms holds a BA in International Business Administration from Schiller International University in Madrid, Spain.
